'Setup'

Our opening scene has many similarities to the movie 'Setup', our film can relate to the movie 'Setup' as it includes the ‘most dangerous mob boss in town’ known as ‘Biggs’ who is played by Bruce Willis. In our film we have a similar character, which we want to be like the mob boss in 'Setup'. Something else which we can relate to with 'Setup' and our film, is the fact that they’re both to do with money that has been stolen from the boss.

The main genre of the film 'Setup' is crime and action, this is also the genre we have implemented in our film, also this movie being very successful, I can say that if our movie were similar then it would attract around the same audience  and critics leaving out famous actors involved and just basing it on the storyline ours will be very similar.

Another very important point is locations, as in the film ‘Setup’ you have the boss living in a very luxurious mansion and as students we don’t have enough money to rent a mansion as big as that. So that’s one of the difficulties we are facing but other than that we have everything else under control.
